    Cortex checks the case against the entire knowledge of your organisation: history, guidelines and earlier decisions.

    Agent

    The agent knows its task and produces the result: a finished document, a draft reply, an updated chart. Just as well an overview for management or an entry in your specialist system.

    Approval

    Your employee reviews, adjusts or revises: directly in the text or by voice. For every result Cortex states how confident it is. Only after approval is it delivered.

    Learning

    What you correct once sticks the next time.
